Bespoke Weddings
We host beautiful, bespoke weddings on our lake front peninsula. Our wedding packages suit couples who want an exquisite, intimate ceremony that extends into a few days luxury accommodation with their loved ones. Wedding packages include accommodation in the Lakefront Villa & Lakeview Barn for up to 10 wedding party members for 2-3 nights, additional luxury tents can be included. The venue can also be booked for ceremonies only.
The property offers wonderful opportunities to customise you special day with its exceptional natural beauty, emotive architecture, extensive ornate gardens, magnificent lake views & 200m of lake frontage.
We have three ceremony locations, "The Garden ", the covered "Pavilion" or the "Lakefront". Receptions are held in a white marquee set up on the stunning elevated lake view lawn in front of the beautiful Moorings Lakehouse. This space is connected by covered deck to the "Rainbow Room" which has a hardwood bar, fireplace, and ammenities for pre ceremony cocktails and post reception celebrations.
The local area is an iconic holiday destination with Blueys & Boomerang Beaches and Seal Rocks a short drive away. The area offers a multitude of accommodation options for your guests within 20 minutes drive.

Lakeview Lawn Reception with the Rainbow Room and Bar
The Lakeview lawn provides stunning 240 degree lake views that conjure up the feeling of Italy's Lake Como. Our 10m x 5m marquee provides space for a 50 person sit down meal. The marquee is connected to the Lakehouse's covered deck, Rainbow Room the Bar and amenities.
Lakefront Ceremonies
For your ultimate wedding ceremony our Wallis lakefront framed by the property's private jetty provides the perfect backdrop for your special day. We are flexible with our ceremony setups and can alternate on the morning of your wedding between the lakefront, garden or even the covered "Pavillion" depending on the weather conditions.
Pavilion Ceremony & Reception

Our Pavilion transforms into an elegant chapel for wedding ceremonies. Bordered by a conifer hedge to the South and fully sheltered by the hyperbolic canopies supported by raw tree round posts this venue ensures all weather protection while creating a sacred ambience. As a reception location this Pavilion is beautifully lit at night. We are flexible with our ceremony setups and can alternate on the morning of your wedding between the lakefront, garden or even the covered "Pavilion" if it looks like raining. All Wedding booking include use of the Rainbow Room and Bar
Garden Ceremonies
Our exquisite, ornate cottage garden provides a beautiful location for your fairytale wedding ceremony. The jasmine clad arbour, manicured lawn, established silk and blueberry ash trees perfectly frame the very special occasion. This spot is protected from southerly winds. We are flexible with our ceremony setups and can alternate on the morning of your wedding between the lakefront, garden or even the covered "Pavilion" if it looks like raining.
Rainbow Room Bar
Perfect for pre-ceremony cocktails and post meal celebrations. Our function room is designed to encompass the lake house aesthetic with a hardwood slab bar, recycled timber beam / stone clad / fire place, hardwood floorboards and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
The space extends out to a covered deck that connects to the Lakeview Lawn Marquee creating a function venue that is multi-dimensional and ensures magnificent views while being fully weather protected.
All wedding bookings include:
- use of the whole property* for 3 nights,
- accommodation for 10 people.
- set up of a 10m x 5m white marquee on the Lakeview Lawn or use of the "Pavilion" for your ceremony or reception.
- The Rainbow Room, it's bar and amenities for pre-cocktails and post reception celebrations.
- 6 timber tables and 50 chairs for your ceremony and reception.
